3. Payments
- All prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply.
- Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
- Refunds follow our cancellation policy outlined below.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule without fee up to 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations may be charged a reasonable fee to compensate instructors’ reserved time.
5. Acceptable conduct
- Follow instructor directions and all traffic laws during lessons.
- No harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior in any session or community space.
- Do not misuse our site or interfere with its operation.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We provide training and guidance but do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as passing a road test on a particular date). To the maximum extent permitted by law, GemFrame Drive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
